Welcome to Loku ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using Loku, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Loku is a creative tool that allows you to generate typographic posters using text, photos, and physics-based simulations. The App provides gravity-driven text layout, contour-based terrain, and export features for saving and sharing your creations.
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use Loku. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You retain ownership of all text, images, and content you create or upload within Loku. By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for providing and improving the service. We do not claim ownership of your creations.
You agree to use Loku only for lawful purposes. You will not use the App to create, store, or share content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.
Loku, including its design, branding, and software (excluding user-created content), is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the App without express permission.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Loku, including loss of data or content.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Loku at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
